Specialist, Client Operations II

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Delivering an exceptional client experience to our client base through regular inquiry resolution, collateral processing activities, client analysis
- Support day to day operational work
- Support day to day client coverage for specific accounts
- Some MIS reporting, collaboration on projects such as procedure updates, automation projects, client profile maintenance
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in operations or client service in financial organization preferred
- Project / detail oriented
- Project work with AI / Digital tools
