Local Content Marketeer

At Triodos Bank, content marketing plays a vital role in connecting customers with our mission and values. As local Content Marketeer, you are responsible for designing and executing high-quality marketing communication content that supports brand, acquisition, and customer value objectives across all markets.
You design and execute marketing communication, content and assets that drive brand awareness, acquisition, and customer value across for Triodos Bank in Belgium. You develop content that reach existing customers (aimed at retention and deepening relationships) and the market (aimed at brand awareness and acquisition). You collaborate intensively with the local Marketing team and the Group Content Marketeers in executing integrated campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
How You Will Make a Difference
You ensure that customers and the market clearly see how their banking choices contribute to a more sustainable future and you show our relevance with relevant marketing and impact content. Your key responsibilities are:
- Defining and executing marketing communication content, assets, content and marketing communications instruments for campaigns, always-on and automated flows, supporting Brand & Acquisition and Customer Value objectives.
- Localization and/or local implementation, for owned media (e.g. e-zines, app messaging, e-mail, social media) and paid media (e.g. social media) based upon group wide delivered assets for channels and instruments.
- Participate actively in the Local Marketing Squad, shaping and delivering the local marketing plan in alignment with group strategy.
- Delivering input for group formats for content based upon local experiences.
- Participate actively in the Local Marketing Squad, shaping and delivering the local marketing plan in alignment with group strategy.
- Execute local- specific marketing activities such as events, webinars, sponsorships and campaigns that can not be centralised.
- Safeguarding the execution of a consistent brand image across all local channels (including tone of voice) based on group guidelines.
- Manage relationships and contracts with external suppliers and agencies for local-level projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyse performance of local content and marketing communication activities, instruments and channels, preparing actionable insights and recommendations for local optimisation.
- Alignment with other (content) stakeholders (for example KM, Corporate comms group, TIM, Foundation, legal and compliance on local level)
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in marketing communications and execution of marketing campaigns
- Experience in initiating and creating commercial and engaging content for social media
- Experience managing external suppliers and agencies
- Strategic content, marketing communications and campaign development
- Expertise in multi-channel implementation and optimisation
- Strong collaboration on local level and with group content
- Analytical skills for performance monitoring and reporting
- Managing internal and external relationships with stakeholders and suppliers in local and international environment
- Supplier and agency management
- (Editorial) proficiency in French and advanced proficiency (spoken and written) in English. Dutch is a plus.
Your Team and Reporting Lines
You will report directly to the Lead Customer Value Marketing
You will collaborate closely with:
- The local Marketing team consisting of the local Marketing Manager, Growth Marketeers and Content Marketeers
- Group Content Marketers to align on Content marketing strategies and content needs.
