Expression of Interest - Information Risk Manager

At ING, we're building a simpler, smarter and more secure bank, and we're looking for an experienced Information Risk Manager to help us do it.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Risk team where you'll have genuine influence across the organisation. You'll work at the intersection of technology, cyber security, data, and business transformation, partnering with senior leaders to navigate emerging risks, strengthen resilience, and enable innovation with confidence.

As Information Risk Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor and critical friend to the business, providing independent oversight and challenge across Technology and Data Risk. You'll help shape better risk outcomes, support strategic initiatives, and ensure ING continues to meet evolving regulatory expectations while maintaining a strong risk culture. You'll engage with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance and the wider business, influencing key decisions and providing thought leadership on information security, operational resilience, cyber risk, data management and emerging technologies, including AI.

If you're passionate about technology, curious about emerging risks, and enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
