Openbank is looking for a Global SCF Cross-Sell Marketing Lead to join the new Global Marketing Strategy & Planning team.

Openbank is building a new Global Marketing Strategy & Planning team to strengthen how marketing capabilities are developed and scaled across markets.

As Global SCF Cross-Sell Marketing Lead, you will lead the marketing workstream connecting Santander Consumer Finance’s European ecosystem, B2B partner relationships and Openbank.

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role focused on identifying high-value cross-sell opportunities, designing activation models, launching pilots and turning successful approaches into reusable playbooks that can scale across markets.

Mission

Build and lead the marketing workstream that unlocks cross-sell opportunities between Santander Consumer Finance and Openbank, while converting B2B partner ecosystems into scalable B2B-to-consumer acquisition and engagement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Map SCF and Openbank customer pools, partner ecosystems, journeys, marketing activity and commercial opportunities across priority European markets.
• Identify and prioritize the most attractive cross-sell and B2B-to-consumer opportunities based on customer value, commercial potential, feasibility and speed to impact.
• Design propositions, audience strategies, journeys and activation models connecting SCF customers and partner ecosystems with relevant Openbank products and experiences.
• Build and manage a roadmap of pilots, including hypotheses, success metrics and scale criteria.
• Develop business cases covering revenue potential, acquisition efficiency, customer value and implementation considerations.
• Create reusable playbooks, activation models and templates that can be adopted across markets.
• Track performance, synthesize learning and recommend which models should be scaled, adapted or stopped.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Risk teams across markets.

Professional Experience

• Significant experience in marketing, growth, partnerships, commercial strategy, lifecycle or cross-sell roles.
• Proven experience designing B2B2C, ecosystem, partnership or cross-sell initiatives across multiple markets or business units.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement, with the ability to turn opportunities into clear business cases and testable pilots.
• Good understanding of acquisition, CRM, customer journeys, segmentation and cross-sell activation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in complex, international environments.
• A hands-on approach, with the ability to personally create analyses, plans, briefs and recommendations.
