Business Support Asia provides administrative, reporting, and business management support to the Chief of Staff Asia and the regional Business Management Team. The role is responsible for coordinating management activities, preparing reports and presentations, supporting governance processes, and ensuring the timely de-livery of high-quality information and business support across the region. It offers exposure to senior management and regional business activities in a dynamic private banking environment.PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
- Management & Governance Support – coordinate and prepare materials for management meetings, committees, leadership forums, and business reviews, including agenda management, presentation decks, and follow-up with stakeholders.
- Executive Reporting & Presentation Preparation – support the preparation of management reports, business updates, and executive presentations by collecting, validating, consolidating and formatting information from various stakeholders across the region.
- Sales & Business Management Support – assist the production of sales and business performance analyses, ad hoc reports, data requests, and business updates to support management decision-making and business monitoring.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Management – act as central point of coordination for requests from senior management, ensuring timely collection of inputs, effective communication across teams, and delivery of high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
- Business Operations & Project Support – maintain organizational charts, support smaller business management initiatives and projects, drive administrative and operational tasks and provide flexible support on ad hoc requests as business priorities evolve.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in business management, sales support, project coordination, financial services, or a related field; strong graduates with relevant internship or graduate programme experience will also be considered.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare management presentations and reports.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Solid communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
- Flexible and resilient team player with high integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work.
- Eager to learn and develop, with a hands-on attitude and willingness to support a broad range of operational and business management activities.
