What you’ll be doing:
- Handling the helpline: managing incoming and outgoing requests in accordance with established quality standards during our operating hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This includes email and chat communication, phone calls, and providing customers with assistance and necessary information in line with internal procedures and guidelines.
- Verifying customer data and insurance coverage
- Recommending and providing the most suitable solutions based on client needs
- Generating insurance coverage for customers
- Cooperating with other departments within AXA Partners CEE
What you’ll bring:
- Czech at a native level
- English at a minimum B2 level
- Secondary or higher education
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and organize your tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- CNB license (Category III) for the Czech market
