Join Macquarie's Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) division and help enable the success of our global businesses. Working across Finance & Tax or Group Treasury, you'll gain exposure to financial management, reporting, treasury operations and strategic decision making while developing the technical expertise, commercial acumen and professional skills needed to build a successful career in financial services  We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. What role will you play?

Our Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) division enables Macquarie to grow by providing financial management, tax, treasury and business advisory services across the organisation. As part of the graduate programme, you may join either our Finance & Tax or Group Treasury teams. 

In Finance & Tax, you'll work with teams responsible for financial, regulatory and tax reporting, business advisory activities and financial management. You'll gain broad exposure to Macquarie's businesses while developing technical expertise and a strong understanding of how a global financial institution operates. 

In Group Treasury, you'll contribute to the management of Macquarie's funding, capital, balance sheet structure and liquidity position. You'll gain exposure to financial analysis, reporting, treasury operations and strategic funding initiatives that help ensure Macquarie's businesses have the financial resources required to achieve their objectives. 

Across both teams, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects and develop an understanding of financial markets, risk management and the regulatory environment in which Macquarie operates.
