Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
• learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes
• participate in sourcing investment opportunities, meetings, and due diligence of global infrastructure funds, secondary and co-investments transactions
• contribute in business development and fundraising activities to support fundraising through our different distribution channels
• generate persuasive and supported investment ideas to fit different risk profiles and set tactical asset allocation and strategies across products and investment mandates
• identify new industry trends and develop investment themes and thesis for infrastructure sectors across transportation, renewables, energy, digital, public-private-partnerships (P3s) and social

Your team

You’ll be working on the Unified Global Assets Infrastructure team. Our team is responsible for managing and selecting infrastructure funds and co-investments for mandates and multi-investors fund-of-funds for institutional clients. We are part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above
• demonstrates interest in new industry trends and investment themes of infrastructure sectors across transportation, renewables, energy, digital, public-private-partnerships (P3s) and social
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of asset management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary for this role is USD 110000 /annum.

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
