This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a leading global beauty company. We'll empower you to:

Live the L'Oréal Experience: Immerse yourself in our fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment, working alongside industry experts and top talent for 6 months part-time (3-4 days/week, flexible around your studies).
Maximise Your Potential: Develop valuable skills through hands-on experience with real-world responsibilities, enhancing your pathway to the L'Oréal Management Trainee Program. Benefit from mentorship, connecting with Management Trainees and networking with top talent and senior leaders.
Broaden Your Horizons: Gain exposure across diverse divisions (Corporate, CPD, PPD, LDB, LUXE), exploring the breadth of opportunities within a leading global beauty company. - Currently studying or recently graduated (within the last 12 months)

Recruitment Process:
Applications close 11:59pm (AEST) 30th of September 2026.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a psychometric assessment. If successful, you will be invited at our Assessment Centre at L'Oréal.
Offers will be made in November.
