You will leverage social metrics to deliver tailored advocacy guidelines and ensure creative alignment across global markets.

JOB SUMMARY
As the Senior Advocacy Specialist at 3CE DMI, you will drive 3CE’s global social presence by translating real-time beauty trends into high-impact influencer advocacy strategies. You will leverage social metrics to deliver tailored advocacy guidelines and ensure creative alignment across global markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Global Advocacy & Influencer Strategy
- Define and implement 3CE’s global influencer marketing, PR, and advocacy guidelines in alignment with the DMI brand strategy and product launch calendar.
- Design global seeding concepts, creative PR kits, and influencer-led campaigns to maximize brand visibility and share of voice.
- Curate and manage global influencers and creators who strictly align with the brand’s unique persona and creative direction.
- Social Listening & Trends:
- Ability to develop 3CE’s lifestyle initiatives by capturing Seoul’s latest cultural trends and movements.
- Monitor and analyze real-time social conversations, viral makeup techniques, and emerging lifestyle trends in Seoul.
- Translate social listening insights into instant, trend-led content directions, dynamic platform strategies, and high-impact global advocacy plans that link directly to 3CE’s product portfolio.
- Global Brand Model Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Identify and scout global celebrities who align with 3CE’s global vision. Lead the end-to-end management of these global models, ensuring smooth collaboration across shoot productions, public appearances, and brand campaigns.
- Cast and manage always-on faces that embody 3CE’s core aesthetic, as well as project-based models for specific product campaigns and creative themes.
- Zone & Market Alignment & Co-collaboration
- Act as the primary DMI contact for global zones and local markets, providing clear strategic guidelines and feedback to ensure their local influencer/advocacy activations strictly align with 3CE’s global brand identity and creative direction.
- Establish a seamless communication flow to share global assets, harvest local success stories, and scale high-performing market initiatives globally.
- Social Buzz Optimizations
- Leverage social listening and measurement tools to track key metrics, such as Share of Voice (SOV), and overall social buzz—to actively optimize 3CE's global social presence.
- Turn social metrics, competitor benchmarks, and post-campaign analytics into market-specific strategies to address their unique local competitive landscapes.
- Global PR Event
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-profile global PR events and brand experiences that bring 3CE’s creative vision to life.
- Lead the end-to-end guest experience and hosting for international KOLs, top-tier beauty editors, and VIPs invited to global brand events and trips.
CORE COMPETENCY
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Global Influencer Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, preferably within beauty industry.
- Proven track record of designing and executing high-impact global PR seeding concepts, creative kits, and influencer campaigns from scratch.
- Sharp aesthetic eye and trend-sensitivity to identify and curate creators who align with a brand’s distinct creative direction.
- In-depth knowledge of global social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu) and their changing algorithms.
- Strong capability to turn social listening insights and rising cultural trends into agile, product-linked creative content and platform strategies.
- Written & verbal communication skills in English are mandatory for seamless global coordination
- Agile Project & Campaign Management to oversee multiple high priority projects simultaneously
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of Experience : Minimum 4 years
- Other Experiences :
- Experience in beauty industry is highly preferred
- Experience working in a global headquarters or regional role is a strong plus.
- Language : Fluent in English
