HR Systems Analyst

The role:
We are looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join our HR department in London or Bristol.
This is a hands-on HR Systems role, responsible for day-to-day maintenance, support and optimisation of our HR system, Workday. The role requires strong technical systems knowledge and analytical capability to manage system configuration, resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and deliver reporting and process improvements. Working closely with HR, the role will support delivery of our HR Systems roadmap and help maximise the value of Workday.
What will you do:
HR systems configuration: Take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance and configuration of the firm’s HR system, Workday.
Technical support and integrations: Provide expert troubleshooting and technical guidance to HR colleagues and other users. Support the ongoing management of Workday integrations, including interfaces with other systems such as Elite 3E. Work closely with other teams and external providers where required to resolve system, integration and data issues.
Workday releases: Support the Workday biannual releases, by assessing new functionality and determining its relevance. Coordinate testing activities and stakeholder communications to ensure enhancements are implemented effectively.
Workday optimisation and continuous improvement: Contribute to the development and delivery of the HR systems roadmap, identifying and delivering opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, enhance reporting and analytics, improve the user experience and increase automation.
Ongoing support and best practice: act as a trusted adviser to HR and business stakeholders on HR systems capabilities, opportunities and best practice. Maintain a strong understanding of HR processes and emerging HR trends, contributing ideas and recommendations that support our broader people strategy and systems roadmap.
Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and the wider business.
Workday community: Proactively use Workday Community to stay informed of new functionality and leading practices, applying this knowledge to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the administration, configuration and support of HR systems, preferably Workday.
Strong technical systems knowledge, ideally of Workday.
Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Experience of HR systems optimisation, implementation projects and/or delivering system enhancements.
Strong technical skills.
Workday HCM certification is desirable.
Solution and improvement oriented.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of confidentiality.
Career Level:
The career level assigned to this role is level 3. The career level framework provides a formal structure for the business services functions at the firm. The framework, which ranges from level 1 to level 7, clearly defines the responsibilities, skills and competencies required at each level.
