Key Responsibilities

Strategy
• Support & execute the business strategy
• Support the design and delivery of digital wealth strategy, focused on digital wealth journey set up and multi-channel contact. 
• Drive business through effective digital wealth journey built-up and touchpoint management
• Design, drive and manage deliverables to ensure key OKR and ROI thresholds are effectively met.

Business
• Take lead in developing digital wealth proposition focusing on:
• Digital wealth journey refinement, digital wealth needs fulfillment on mobile, dedicated digital wealth journey on mobile (e.g. SC invest for WMP), deeplink 
• Digital life cycle set up on various touchpoints, and instant feedback to client reaction/market movement
• Wealth content enrichment on various touch points, including mobile, WeChat mini-program, website

Processes
• Performance and insights
• Develop analysis, insights on client engagement initiatives to develop recommendation plan to deepen client relationship with wealth, uplift client active rate and drive revenue uplift
• Set and monitor market positioning and brand recognition benchmarks vs. competition
• Continuously monitor outcomes and identify areas of opportunities and improvement.

Risk Management
• Governance, risk management, regulatory & business conduct 
• Ensure all deliverables are designed, planned and executed within the Group’s security, governance, risk and compliance framework and controls.
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Governance

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Above
• Languages: English, Mandarin
