Job Position : EQD Structurer
Department : Global Markets / Global Equities
Title- VP
Direct Responsibilities
-Design, innovation, pricing, backtesting, presentation (includes its creation/writing), marketing of equity / hybrid derivatives products.
-Liaise with the rest of the Japan EQD structuring team and / or structuring teams worldwide to be up to date of the latest products / ideas / initiatives
- Promote solutions adapted to the client's needs
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Handle ad-hoc/tailor made requests from sales
- Contribute to development of EQD business in Japan
- Interact closely with sales and clients in order to trigger added value deals.
- Ensure and Drive a smooth process of execution with trading, Market Risk, Strategic Marketing and sales
- Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day‐to‐day business

- Has completed necessary compliance training to maintain appropriate business and compliance level of knowledge and understanding in order to be fully competent to undertake the role.
