Position Overview

Job Title: Strategy & Business Management Specialist

Location: Mumbai

Corporate Title: Associate/AVP

Role Description

This role is part of the Private Bank India Centre Location Management team and supports a broad range of activities, including senior management presentations, strategy planning and execution, business management, and people initiatives. The role reports to the COO of the Private Bank India Centre, who leads the Location Management team, and works closely with the India Centre Leadership team to drive strategic and operational priorities.

Your key responsibilities (not limited to)

• Create and maintain strategy and communication decks, materials, including:
  • Private Bank Pitchbook, Townhall decks, Offsite materials
  • Business proposals for Operating Committee, Executive update on AI Initiatives
  • Organization charts, New joiner deck
  • Monthly Dashboard, Achievements, Extended Lead call
• Program Mgmt – Assist with execution of strategic and people initiatives incl. Grad Program
• Provide support on tracking and analyzing financials and headcount
• Other Business Management activities – Training coordination, Coordinate Leadership calls – Minutes & Action Items, projects and ad hoc support
• Management Information (MI) and accurate, independent, regular and ad-hoc reporting           
• Help in documenting control frameworks and agreements

Your skills and experience

• Over 3 years of experience in Business Management, Consulting, or Strategy roles, supported by over 8 years of overall industry experience.
• Educated to Bachelor’s degree level however MBA preferred.
• Outstanding PowerPoint and good spreadsheet skills
• Able to weave a compelling business narrative and connect seemingly disjointed data points into a coherent story.
• Sound knowledge of the Banking and Wealth Management value chain
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• A self-starter with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and stretch when required

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
