Partnering with operational risk stakeholders and business leaders within Commodities & Global Markets Division, drive regulatory remediation and transformation initiatives that strengthen non-financial risk management, automate processes, and unlock scalable business growth, including leading data-enabled risk oversight and process automation across trading and logistics operations workflows.What you offer
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics) and 7 years of experience in job offered or 7 years of experience in operational risk and change management within financial services. (*Combination of education or experience evaluated to be equivalent to Bachelor’s degree by certified evaluator.)
- Prior experience must include 5 years managing operational risk and regulatory remediation, including automation of operational risk processes and controls
- 5 years working with commodities trading workflows and end-to-end control environments
- 5 years performing Agile change management.
