• Plan and manage the delivery and resourcing for the CIB API Platform
• Analyse requirements, unblock issues
• Work with Product team to define and prioritise product roadmap
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the other technology teams, business analysts and business stakeholders across CIB businesses.
• Manage the agile backlog of development work for multiple squads, agreeing deliverables with stakeholders and ensuring that milestones are met.
• Follow the Bank’s internal software delivery practices, ensuring all security controls are strictly adhered to
• Manage delivery risk, escalate blockers and proactively solve delivery challenges to meet critical deadlines.
• Contribute to project governance and work intake forums
• Ensure compliance to internal API Governance standards
