Senior People Analyst

12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Edinburgh (We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time)  

Salary: A competitive salary from £43,120 – £64,680 depending on the experience you can bring

As part of this, our People Analytics team plays a critical role in transforming people data into meaningful insight that drives better decision-making and organisational effectiveness.

We're looking for a Senior People Analyst to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality people MI, reporting and analytics.

This is a highly visible role where you'll combine technical expertise, commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills to provide actionable insights that influence business and people strategies. Working with colleagues across the UK business, you'll drive innovation in reporting, automation and advanced analytics while championing a culture of continuous improvement.
