Role Description 

 

The Broker Head of Trading in personal lines is responsible for optimising trading operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving business growth.

 

You will oversee market analysis, managing performance, guiding distribution efforts, and coordinating cross-functional activities to enhance profitability and efficiency across our Personal Motor Portfolio.

 

This is a hybrid role from our London office and you’ll be required to come into the office at least once per week. 

 

Salary Information 

 

Pay: Circa £80,000 per year. 

 

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
