ResponsibilitiesThe role is to provide trade support to the XVA desk within the Fixed Income business, specifically around the process of compression and optimization on the rates/credit/fx/equity perimeters as related to counterparty credit risk. These compression/optimization runs enable the bank to reduce its exposure to counterparty defaults and help manage its regulatory capital requirement.The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:XVA Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of XVA topics, IT tools, workflows, and industry practicesProcess Improvement: Conduct regular process reviews and set up new procedures.
