Programme overview:

Our 2027 Summer Internship Programme runs for 10 weeks, starting on Monday 14 June 2027 and finishing on Friday 20 August 2027. This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the asset and wealth management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders.

The team

Corporate and Regulatory Change is a team of change delivery professionals at the heart of transformation across Schroders. The team delivers Strategic Transformation across the Corporate functions which support our core investment business - driving functional and commercial improvements and coordinating enterprise-wide regulatory change programmes. The Corporate and Regulatory Change team manage the end-to-end delivery of some of the firm’s most important initiatives which carry significant exposure to all areas of the business and senior stakeholder engagement.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications we’re looking for:

 

No prior Change or Investment Management experience is needed. We just need you to bring your drive, passion and enthusiasm to make the most of the opportunity, to start building your career.

 

What you will do

During your 10-week internship, you will be assigned to a live project in the role of either Junior Business Analyst or Project Management Support. Depending on your placement, your experience may include:

 

You will also own the delivery of an internally focused project, in partnership with your fellow intern, to deliver a pre-defined outcome to either help solve a business challenge or create specific sustainable value for the organisation.
