Key Role & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Building

• Develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies for Standard Agent and PRUVenture Beyond recruitment.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of quality candidates, with emphasis on working professionals and experienced talent.
• Identify and develop new sourcing channels, partnerships and talent communities beyond traditional agency recruitment sources.
• Drive targeted sourcing initiatives for priority professional segments such as bankers, sales professionals, executives and other high-potential career switchers.

2. Recruitment Marketing Strategy & Proposition:

• Drive Marketing, promotion and awareness of recruitment proposition to strengthen reach, engagement and candidate interest.
• Develop clear and compelling positioning for key recruitment propositions, including standard agent and PRUVenture, tailored to priority talent segments.
• Develop recruitment content, pitch materials, toolkits and communication assets that enable agency leaders and recruiters to engage prospects effectively.

3. Recruitment Activities & Activation

• Initiate and drive recruitment activities at national, regional and branch levels to continuously generate prospects.
• Develop recruitment campaigns, career events, networking sessions, referral initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
• Partner with agency leaders to strengthen their prospecting and recruitment activities.
• Translate recruitment strategy into practical field activities that generate measurable candidate pipelines.

4. PRUVenture Onboarding & Controls

• Build a dedicated candidate funnel for PRUVenture Beyond and other strategic recruitment propositions.
• Oversee PVB application and onboarding governance, ensuring eligibility, process compliance, application & interview quality, timely enrolment and accurate tracking.
• Position the agency career proposition effectively to attract quality professionals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to improve candidate engagement and conversion.
• Support recruitment initiatives that strengthen both recruitment quantity and quality.

5. Funnel Management & Governance

• Own recruitment funnel tracking from prospecting through application, data discipline, pipeline governance and follow-up through to improve conversion and contracting.
• Identify funnel gaps and implement interventions to improve conversion.
• Establish clear recruitment activity and pipeline KPIs.
• Use data and insights to identify high-potential sourcing channels, candidate segments and recruitment opportunities.

6. Agency Leader Engagement

• Engage agency leaders to identify recruitment needs and opportunities within their respective businesses.
• Support leaders in developing recruitment plans and building stronger prospect pipelines.
• Share market insights, sourcing opportunities and recruitment best practices with the field.
• Drive stronger ownership and consistency of recruitment activities across branches and regions.

7. Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Partner with Agency Distribution, Recruitment Strategy, Marketing, HR/Talent Acquisition and other relevant stakeholders.
• Explore external partnerships with professional associations, corporations, universities, communities and talent platforms where relevant.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and initiatives to ensure strong execution and measurable outcomes.

Job Specification:

a. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related field

b. Experience

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in insurance/ financial services industry.
• Understanding of Agency business channel, compensation and development structure.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experienced in either Agency Training, Strategic Development, Agency Development or Strategic Business Planning is an added value.

c. Knowledge

• Strong leadership capabilities that can lead, influence and motivate to create a high performing team.
• Strong strategic and forward-thinking skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with senior management team, internal and external stakeholders.

• Works well under pressure, and a good team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English.
