Purchasing Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES：
- Assis the team to conduct low value bidding via Ariba, especially for POSM category incl CSR questionnair collection
- Assist to follow purchasing administrative flow with high attention of detail, not limited to vendor creation, quotation verification, PO releasing, contracting process
- Answer to requests/question from stakeholders and vendors about SOP Q&A/process status etc.
- Other tasks assigned by purchasing manager
REQUIREMENTS：
- Junior/undergraduate student preferred
- English written/communication is required
- Attention to detail
- 4 days per week preferred
