JOB TITLE: Associate Director of Product Risk & Risk Management (FTC/ Secondment)
SALARY: Competitive package available
LOCATIONS: London
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy. 

This role is available for a fixed term of 12 months.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Executive Office of Client Solutions Group (CSG), part of Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB). CSG is responsible for delivering a broad range of products and solutions to our clients.

We're seeking an experienced Product Governance and Risk manager to join our newly formed team, to strengthen governance, risk management and controls across CSG and enable the delivery of CIB's growth strategy.

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the product governance and risk management agenda, ensuring robust governance frameworks, effective risk oversight and a strong control environment. The successful candidate will provide independent challenge and oversight of product development, drive consistency in the application of governance standards, and oversee the management and remediation of key risk and control issues. They will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to identify emerging risks, strengthen controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and Group requirements.

Extensive stakeholder relationship-building, strong risk management expertise and the ability to influence at senior levels are essential skills to delivering effective governance and sustainable risk outcomes across CSG and the wider organisation. This role will be a catalyst for driving accountability and continuous improvement within governance and risk management practices.
