As a Support Engineer, you will join a team responsible for the developer tools and platforms used across KBC Group. In this role, you will support and maintain GitHub-based CI/CD services and related tooling, helping development teams resolve technical challenges and make the most of the platforms they use every day.
As our Support engineer, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Supporting and maintaining CI/CD systems used across the KBC Group.
- Supporting the processes and technologies that are part of the centralized pipeline factory platform, enabling development teams across KBC to focus on their core business without being burdened by CI/CD platform complexities.
- Supporting, developing and maintaining GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD automation.
Key competences that will help you succeed:
- 4+ years of professional experience working with development tools, CI/CD platforms and automation technologies.
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Copilot and GitHub Actions
- Experience with Typescript and Javascript
- Experience with development and DevOps tooling, including Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar and Confluence
A significant advantage would be to have:
- Experience with open systems such as Linux/Windows application servers
- Experience with Python or Java.
- Experience with AWS technologies such as CDK, Step Functions, Lambda and DynamoDB.
