Our Enterprise Performance team helps clients enable large-scale business transformation through leading enterprise platforms and industry-informed strategies. Working across supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and IT operations, the team supports organizations in improving performance, modernizing processes, and adopting technology solutions that advance business objectives.
As part of this team, a Workday SCM Consultant will work with professionals experienced in supply chain transformation, process design, technology enablement, and implementation delivery. Together, the team helps clients design and deploy scalable Workday solutions that strengthen operational efficiency, support business growth, and deliver long-term value.
Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Sr Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will support Workday Supply Chain Management implementations across the project lifecycle.
- Analyze client requirements for supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, sourcing, receiving, and order management.
- Support functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization for Workday Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and onsite/offshore teams to document business processes, solution requirements, test scenarios, and functional decisions.
- Support reporting, issue resolution, data validation, and defect tracking to help deliver high-quality implementation outcomes.
- Work with integration and cross-functional teams to support end-to-end process design and delivery aligned to client objectives.

The Emerging ERP Solutions offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built-in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients.

Qualifications
Required:
- 6–10 years of consulting or industry experience with enterprise resource planning, cloud enterprise applications, or supply chain transformation
- Experience in at least 1 full life cycle enterprise resource planning implementation
- Experience with supply chain business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, sourcing, receiving, order-to-cash, or project budgets and billing
- Experience supporting functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment in Workday Supply Chain Management or enterprise platforms such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP
- Experience with cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint
- BE, BTech, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent, from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Active Workday certification
- Master’s degree with a finance, supply chain, or operations specialization
