Specialist, Analytics and Insights

Are you passionate about driving industry-specific initiatives and eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic team environment? Join us as a Senior Analyst in our Industry Support team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategic projects and fostering market growth.

Work you'll do

Execute assigned projects independently, translating requests into actionable outcomes.
Take input from Industry team to create executive-ready slides or materials for leadership and practice presentations.
Support key industry administrative processes as necessary, including client reclassifications, client change requests, system updates, distribution lists, etc.
Support meetings and event planning by coordinating logistics, sending invitations, preparing materials, and assisting with post-event analysis.
Assist in sector activations and industry community initiatives by preparing communications and supporting documentation.
Track industry data, industry assets (e.g. KX presence), key metrics, and competitive intelligence.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
Support ad-hoc special cross-industry projects.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Master’s degree in business, economics, analytics, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in research and analytics, consulting, or industry support. Experience aligned to technology, media, and telecommunications industry will be an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including experience in creating decks for senior leaders. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and experience with business writing for senior executives.
Communicates clearly and proactively with team members and colleagues, including senior leaders.
Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
Shows initiative in identifying and solving problems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications and common AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT).
Self-motivated, strong inter-personal skills, and a good team player, preferably with experience working in virtual teams.
