The utilities sector is being reshaped by regulatory change, pricing pressures and evolving investment needs. As a Deloitte Graduate, you'll work with a team advising on regulatory and commercial challenges across energy, water and gas, while building practical consulting skills from day one.

What will your typical day look like?

Day to day, you'll be working on regulatory and commercial questions that matter to clients, customers and communities across the utilities sector. You'll support project teams with research, analysis and problem-solving, while learning how complex reform and pricing decisions are developed in practice.

As well as learning in the flow of work, you'll also be part of our firm-wide Graduate Program. You'll have a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You'll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, with flexible work options and wellbeing support as you grow.
