Job Description
This role sits within Visa Europe’s SMB Solutioning team and is responsible for supporting the development, evolution and commercialisation of Visa’s SMB Premium & Loyalty portfolio across Europe.
Reporting to the Director, SMB Premium & Loyalty, the Senior Manager will lead the day-to-day development of Premium products and propositions, including product strategy, pricing, commercial models, loyalty and platform evolution. The role will work closely with Product, GTM, Sales, Finance and regional stakeholders to ensure Visa's SMB Premium offering remains differentiated, commercially sustainable and aligned to client needs. The role will also partner with sellers to drive premium client opportunities.
Premium Proposition & Product Development
- Develop and evolve Visa's SMB Premium product, including proposition design, product features, customer segmentation, packaging, eligibility rules and value proposition development, in partnership with SMB Premium Director.
- Define and manage product and proposition economics, pricing frameworks, commercial models and business cases, delivering sustainable client value and commercial returns.
- Drive governance and performance management, establishing success metrics, monitoring pipeline and performance.
Loyalty & Benefits Platform
- Lead the evolution of Visa's SMB loyalty strategy, including rewards frameworks, engagement mechanics and cardholder value propositions.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver differentiated, scalable offer programmes that enhance the Premium value proposition.
- Partner with internal product and technology teams to define requirements and prioritise enhancements across loyalty and benefits platforms.
- Ensure platform capabilities support scalable proposition delivery, customer engagement and commercial objectives across Europe.
Commercialization, Sales Engagement & Go-to-Market
- Develop proposition positioning, client value stories and seller enablement materials to support market adoption.
- Partner with Sales, GTM and regional teams to support proposition launches, strategic opportunities and market activation.
- Collaborate with sellers to support and drive strategic and/or complex client engagements, leading meetings and workshops related to SMB premium.
- Monitor proposition performance and market feedback, identifying opportunities to optimise growth, engagement and commercial outcomes.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activity, customer trends and industry developments across premium, loyalty and SMB payments.
- Translate market insights into proposition enhancements, pricing recommendations and roadmap priorities.
- Support the Director in defining the future evolution of Visa's SMB Premium & Loyalty strategy.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate across Product, GTM, Sales, Finance, Marketing and regional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders across a matrix organisation to align priorities and drive execution.
- Support governance, prioritisation, pipeline and portfolio planning across the SMB Premium & Loyalty programme.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in proposition development, product management, loyalty, rewards, benefits or related payments disciplines.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into scalable solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch customer propositions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and project leadership skills.
- Knowledge of payments, financial services, fintech or business banking preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed international environment.
- English fluency required
