A Day in the Life
As our Retail Excellence Manager - Luxe, you will drive retail transformation and elevate consumer experiences (CX) across our prestigious luxury brands.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Strategic CX & Training: Co-create the Luxe Education Plan, using quarterly service deep-dives to direct field coaching and optimize Beauty Advisor (BA)/e-BA skill evaluations.
- Beauty Advisor Engagement & Development: Monitor the Luxe Expert Program, benchmark brand productivity, align yearly commissions, and lead the annual BA Pulse survey action plans.
- Retail Metrics & Analytics: Track key door metrics and launch innovative Zone initiatives (NPS, Kepler) to provide strategic business consultation to Brand Units.
- Collaborative Network: Coordinate multi-brand activations and build strong connections between Zone teams, Brand Heads, and local Retail/Education teams.
We Are Looking For
- A Master's or Bachelor's graduate with solid experience in the retail landscape (luxury cosmetics is a plus).
- CX Champion: Deep knowledge of retail consumer experience and customer-centricity.
- Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills to translate complex retail data into actionable business reports.
- Collaborative Leader: Outstanding project management skills to navigate complexity and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
