A Day in the Life Reporting to National Retail & Education Excellence Manager, you will elevate the couture fragrance journey across ANZ top doors, splitting your time between in-store coaching, retail activations (80%) and strategic planning (20%).
- Coaching & Education: Upskill retail teams and brand ambassadors on fragrance ceremonies and Brand DNA.
- Eventing & VIP Experience: Plan and host customized in-store VIP events to cultivate client loyalty.
- Commercial Strategy: Drive fragrance sell-out, manage event budgets, and provide monthly performance reports.
We Are Looking For You are an inspiring, consumer-centric storyteller who lives and breathes fragrance trends. You possess:
- Highly skilled Fragrance Expertise & Storytelling
- Retail Excellence Retail Coaching & Upskilling
- In Class room training facilitation experience or other workshops with larger groups
- Event Planning & Execution
- Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Commercial Drive & Analytical Skills
