What You Will Learn:
As the Process Expert Manager at OMA, you will be part of the New Product Launch process by attending new formula risk assessments and launch meetings. You will help guide the contract manufacturer through the first production, often with on-site support. You will also help with the onboarding of new contract manufacturers.

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, Chemical Engineering preferred
- 4+ years of thorough experience in pilot lab, bulk lab, or related experience in process development
- Experience working in a fast-paced consumer goods company a must; experience in the cosmetics/personal care industry preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards 9001 and GMP Standards (ISO 22716)
- Knowledge of OTC Requirements in cosmetic manufacturing industry
- Strong Excel Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- The ability to interpret data and statistics
- Leadership and management skills
- Position requires domestic and international travel 30%+ of time)
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role
- Being present in the office three days a week is considered an essential function of all office-based roles for eligible full-time employees
