Role Overview:
Zurich Insurance Benelux is seeking an International Insurance Administrator (internally titled Underwriting Service Specialist Producing) with a strong focus on Large Commercial Property Insurance.
In this role, you will support the administration of international insurance programs. Once Underwriting has finalized a deal, you will manage the end-to-end policy issuance process across multiple countries. You will coordinate with international partners, provide instructions to local offices, and ensure policies are issued accurately and on time. As a central point of contact, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and oversee complex international administrative processes.
This is a full-time position based in The Hague, with hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end administration of international insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance worldwide.
- Collect and prepare data and policy documentation for new business and renewals.
- Coordinate international insurance programs with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clear instructions to international network partners to support the issuance of local policies within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Review, process, and maintain policy amendments and updates.
- Prepare reports and provide policy-related information to internal and external clients.
- Support business and system improvement initiatives by contributing to relevant IT projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of MBO Level 4 diploma or higher.
- Experience in insurance administration is preferred; knowledge of international property insurance is an advantage.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a strong plus.
- Service-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in working at the center of international business processes.
