Our Global Solution Center team (short as GSC) is located in Belgium and in four main locations in Czech Republic – Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Pardubice. Our team consists of experts on various on-premise and cloud domains represented by global roles such as Service/Solution Architects, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Identity Management Specialists, Security Engineers and also dedicated Microsoft in field Engineers. Job description:
We are seeking for a System Engineer who wants to be specialized in authentication management for on-premise and cloud services in the financial sector. The System Engineer is responsible for operation and designs of authentication and authorization in various services, proposing improvements, closely collaborating with other senior roles in our SAFe Agile base organization, communicating with subject matter experts internally (colleagues and business partners) and externally (e.g. Microsoft).
What do we require?
- Experience with authentication services (Active Directory, Azure AD, Active Directory Federation Services, ...)
- SAFe (JIRA), ITIL (ServiceNow) knowledge is an advantage

What are the responsibilities?
- Fulfil DEV and OPS tasks related to authentication management and related infra components
- Solve Incidents escalated from 2nd level local entities
- Implement release changes, system upgrades and fulfill catalogue tasks
- Propose and review authentication designs (including multi factor authentication)
- Analyze new features coming from the authentication services roadmap
- Participate in various migration projects (on-prem to cloud, cloud to cloud)
- Attend Agile ceremonies and operational meetings across virtual teams
- Participate in On Call Duty (24/7) and DRP tests
- Improve personal knowledge related to Microsoft authentication and authorization services and pass relevant certifications
- Travel on occasional business trips (once a quarter)
- Improve the security on a daily basis
