Consumer & Auto Finance Analytics and Strategic Planning Supervisor

About the Job (Key Responsibilities):
- Setting up business units P&L, budget, and financial forecasts referring to Consumer Finance product activities in compliance with shareholders’ profit share structure
- Perform strategic studies and statistical analyses for Retail & Private Banking products structure sharing with Turkish and French shareholders
- Developing pricing strategies and managing AI/ML models to optimize income and risk for Cash& Auto Loans according to market rates patterns
- Data Management of the department, increasing the speed and depth of access to data and creating insights
- Supervise budget planning and ensure overall project coordination
- Collaborate with critical financial risk management departments such as Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), and Finance
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics
- New graduate or 1 year work experience in credit analytics, risk analysis or financial planning
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
This role follows a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day working from home)
