What you’ll be doing:
As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable and high-quality IT support across the organization. You will:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software and end-user requests.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and workplace technology.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, network connectivity and Active Directory issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions and onboarding/offboarding IT activities.
- Monitor, prioritize and resolve support tickets while ensuring an excellent user experience.
- Support IT infrastructure, security standards and business continuity processes.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver efficient IT services.
- Share knowledge, improve documentation and help enhance our Help Desk operations.
What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Around 3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Active Directory, desktop support, hardware troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, mobile device support and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach with outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English to communicate in an international business environment.
- A continuous learning mindset and passion for improving the employee technology experience.
