As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Deloitte Innovation & Delivery Transformation is looking for a Salesforce Developer to help our teams design, build, and configure scalable managed and unmanaged packages built on the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) platform that excite our customers

Qualifications: Salesforce Developer in Life Sciences Cloud
Qualifications
Required:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Must have knowledge of Salesforce Platform capabilities, Service Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement
- Must be able to build and customize Life Sciences Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement on Salesforce to meet client requirements. Expected to have relevant experience in using Veeva, or other CRM platforms in Customer Engagement space across one or more personas such Field Rep, Medical Science Liaison, Key Account Manager, and Key Opinion Leader.
- Must be able to interact with Clients on a need basis to do live Salesforce configurations and customizations, both on the platform and the solution, as per the business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate Life Sciences Cloud requirements into Scalable and Release Ready solutions.
- Must have development experience using Agentforce, Data 360, Tableau Next, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and configuration-based tools.
· Hands-on knowledge of low-code/no-code platform capabilities in SF: Agentforce, Agentforce Test Suites, Flow builder, BRE, Data Processing Engine, Data loader, etc.
- Knowledge of at least one of the GenAI-based tools such as Claude, Codex, Co-pilot or any other on a day-to-day basis for solutioning.
- Knowledge of GenAI based concepts such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Token Optimization etc.
- Hands-on experience of Integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of LSC Customer Engagement SKU or any CRM knowledge in Customer Engagement such as Veeva.
- Understanding Customer Engagement domain space.
- Knowledge about Mulesoft.
- Multi-org or ISV delivery experience.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities following Agile/DevOps practices.
- Solution Design experience.
