What You'll Do
As a CAS IT Support Specialist, you’ll help keep BCG colleagues connected, productive, and supported across their day-to-day technology needs. Based in Casablanca, you’ll provide first- and second-line IT support locally and may also support colleagues in other BCG offices across Africa as needed.
You’ll take ownership of more complex incidents and service requests, using your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify practical solutions and engaging senior IT colleagues when additional expertise is required. You’ll also help strengthen the wider support team by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior colleagues, and identifying opportunities to improve how we work.
- Resolve escalated incidents and service requests across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
- Administer endpoints and mobile devices through Microsoft Intune, including compliance, configuration, and enrolment
- Support user identities, groups, application access, and authentication across Active Directory and Okta
- Manage ServiceNow queues and help maintain accurate, reliable asset and CMDB information
- Deliver onboarding and application training tailored to colleagues with different levels of technical experience
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge resources, identifying recurring issues and opportunities to improve IT operations
- Support and share knowledge with junior IT colleagues, seeking guidance from senior IT colleagues when needed
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365 services, with practical Active Directory and Intune knowledge
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident, request, change, and asset management
- Sound understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi
- Familiarity with identity and access technologies such as Okta, alongside strong problem-solving skills
- Clear English communication skills and a collaborative, service-focused approach to supporting colleagues
- Microsoft MD-102 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification is desirable; macOS, JAMF, collaboration-room technology, or AI-enabled process improvement experience is beneficial
Who You'll Work With
You’ll be part of the CAS IT team in Casablanca and report to the Africa IT Service Manager. You’ll work closely with IT colleagues at different levels, sharing knowledge and coordinating support to deliver a reliable experience for BCG colleagues.
While your primary base will be Casablanca, you may also collaborate with IT teams and support colleagues across other BCG offices in Africa as needed.
