Job Description

Visa is seeking a Compliance Due Diligence Manager to join Currencycloud’s End Client Refresh team, part of Visa’s Money Movement Solutions business. The team plays a key role in supporting business growth by ensuring new clients and network partners are onboarded efficiently, consistently and in line with applicable regulatory, financial crime and internal governance requirements.

The team provides specialist onboarding, due diligence and risk assessment support throughout the client lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations. It is responsible for assessing prospective clients, managing onboarding approvals, resolving complex requirements and maintaining clear, well-controlled processes that support timely and risk-based onboarding decisions.

What a Compliance Due Diligence Manager does at Visa:

The Compliance Due Diligence Manager leads the day-to-day delivery of onboarding activities across the portfolio, including client and network partner onboarding. The role ensures work is completed to a high standard and within a controlled framework, combining people leadership, operational oversight, stakeholder management and financial crime risk awareness. The manager acts as a key point of coordination between commercial, operational, risk and compliance teams, supporting clear, risk-based decisions and continuous improvement across the onboarding process.

We are currently operating a hybrid working policy, with the expectation being 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.

Qualifications

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Law or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
