Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí

Develop and manage customer proposition content that effectively communicates Prudential’s products, services and value propositions across the customer journey.

The proposition Content Manager is responsible for translating complex insurance products, customer propositions and business objectives into compelling, customer first narratives that support acquisition, engagement, retention and cross-sell objectives. This role partners closely with Product Propositions, Brand, Distribution, Customer Experience, Legal & Compliance and Art teams to ensure all proposition communications are accurate, relevant commercially effective and aligned with Prudential’s brand positioning.

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

• Understand the industry nature, business requirement, customer proposition and customer insight
• Understand marketing tactics and application to translate it into different types of content format.
• Understand different region cultures within Vietnam
• Liaise with brand team to ensure brand consistency
• Collaborate with social and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
• Coordinate with media team for the up-to-date and right approach on social & other media channels
• Develop customer proposition messaging for insurance products and value-added services
• Translate product features, benefits and technical information into simple, compelling customer language
• Own messaging frameworks, communication hierarchy and value propositions across customer segments
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify communication opportunities and improve proposition differentiation
• Continuously optimize proposition messaging based on customer insights, campaign performance and business feedback

This role is to:

• Develop clear, differentiated and customer-first value propositions across products and services
• Ensuring messaging address customer needs, pain points and motivations
• Produce accurate, consistent, compliant and engaging product communications that improve customer understanding
• Translate complex insurance concepts into simple, relevant and emotionally engaging narratives.
• Continuously improve proposition storytelling by leveraging customer insights, market trends and emerging communication approaches
• Ensure all the content achieve the give engagement & retention KPIs .

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MNC/ Marketing Department/ Product Marketing or relevant departments
• Experience in financial services, insurance or highly regulated industries is preferred

Competency

• Customer Insight; Creative thinking, Product & Proposition Storytelling, Product Marketing, Business Acumen
• Excellent written English and Vietnamese
• Strong presentation and storytelling capability
• Familiar with insurance products and financial services is an advantages
