Sr. Scientist, Clinical & Physics Sciences (Bioinformatics)

Key accountabilities:
• Holds knowledge and skill on AI tools/applications, able to explore on using AI tool to replace real life studies and tests
• Conducting data analysis according to appropriate statistical methods. Consolidating previous studies and run data deep diving to better understand formula, market properties and consumer perceptions
• Initiate project proposals, identify cutting-edge topic and make proposals regarding novel concepts, aiming for generate novel knowledge and models for innovations.
• Develop new clinical methodology for efficacy evaluation. Leverage internal and external capability to create new way of clinical evaluation for high efficiency, high prediction, digitalization and hybridization.
Daily activities:
• Establish clinical/biological model and conduct clinical trials according to project requirements, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of experimental data.
• Organize and clean data with good documentation, according to global data management strategy.
• Draw conclusion based on proper data interpretation and integrated analysis of biological and clinical data, leveraging bioinformatics or medical statistics skills when applicable.
• Build comprehensive project presentations, including research findings, analysis results, and project progress to share to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project manager, formulation, regulation and marketing teams to promote internal knowledge to consumer and create relevant knowledge and claims
Requirements:
PhD or equivalent degree in a major of Biology, bioinformatics, Pharmacy, medical, Physics, chemistry, Data and AI etc
Fresh graduate is welcomed if with strong bioinformatics background.
5+ years’ experience in academic or bio-pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese for internal stakeholders sharing, international clinical team discussing.
• Good projects management skills, ability to lead and manage multiple complicated projects with cross science and cross hubs.
• Act with a growth mindset, with innovative and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong Biological knowledge and skin aging knowledge is preferred
• Experience in bioinformatics analysis or medical statistics analysis is highly preferred.
