Digital Technology Director

Key Result Areas:
Lead the development of the digital and technology strategy, framework, roadmap and operations, aligned to company key strategic pillars, working with the relevant global and regional teams, maison stakeholders, and product teams.
Work closely with Global and Regional on strategy formulation, guidelines, directions and executions in the market.
Proactively communicate to business stakeholders on market trends, competitor news, technology innovations, benefits and risks, and to provide recommendations.
Ensure operational excellence across digital, CRC, IT business application support, and IT operations and services to support business growth and day-to-day operations.
Identify new opportunities and define measurements or KPIs to drive revenue, margin and profit growth, customer engagement, productivity via simplifications and innovations.
Create an Agile approach with the appropriate processes, tools and metrics to support new growth opportunities
Manage and establish external partnerships – contractors, digital technology vendors, start-ups, and research or university for innovations.
Influence different stakeholders to become a highly digital-savvy, curious and collaborative organization.
Be a people leader for Digital Technology team development for mindset, skillsets and toolsets, evolving the team as one harmonized unit for success.

Business acumen preferably developed as part of a digital, retail, ecommerce business team.
Modern digital product management, engineering, and operations practices.
Excellent understanding of the APAC, especially Korea, consumer and technologies trends.
Excellent communication skills, to be a leader and influencer, able to interact with all levels of organization.
Strong product management, Scrum, Agile and/or DevOps experiences.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms across the region and the globe.
Experience
Minimum Relevant Experience: 15+ years
Minimum Supervisory Experience: 10+ years
Minimum 10+ experience in International/multi-geography retail business within FMCG, fashion, services, consulting or luxury industry.
Nature of Work: Strategy management, Innovation management, Service Management, Vendor management, Technology management, Team coaching and people development
Academic Qualifications
Minimum Degree Held: Degree or above.
Subject Expert In: Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Information Systems and related disciplines.
Certifications Required: Certificates or training in PM, Products and/or in Agile Methodology are a plus.
