• manage all operational and administrative account processes, including the organization and maintenance of client documentation and Know Your Client (KYC)

• foster a risk-aware culture with the team by ensuring clients are managed in line with best practices
• demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction

You’ll be working in the Client Account Management team in Brazil. As a client account manager you'll play a vital part in nurturing and strengthening relationships with clients located in Brazil. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.Your skills and experience
• bachelor’s degree required• + 5 years of experience in client service or client support roles
• CFP certification
• fluency in English
• proactive and innovative mindset
• resilient team player with a genuine service orientation
• exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
