You’ll be working in Group Compliance and Operational Risk Control (GCORC), a global function that provides independent oversight, challenge and control of non-financial risks arising from our business activities. The team brings together expertise across compliance and operational risk, conduct and investigations, and financial crime prevention.Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:• will graduate by June 2027 and has less than two years of work experience
• has a solutions-oriented mindset, and enjoys analyzing information and data to identify insights, solve problems and make informed recommendations
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
