A Day in the Life
As the Transactional Media & Data Manager for the CZ/SK/HU cluster, you will report to the CPD Media Director and be the driving force behind our retail media and data activation strategies. You will work across all our iconic Consumer Products Division brands, collaborating with key e-commerce retailers to maximize our digital presence and performance.
You will be responsible for:
- Retail Media Strategy & Activation: Develop and execute powerful retail media campaigns with our key e-commerce partners, managing budgets and optimizing for the highest return on investment.
- Data-Driven Performance: Manage and process 2P data to uncover actionable insights, steering our activation strategies and enhancing consumer engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Lead the analysis of campaign performance, creating clear dashboards and reports to track KPIs and inform future strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with brand, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to our digital retail activities.

We are looking for these core skills:
- Media Analytics, Search & Performance: Expertise in optimizing media campaigns and analyzing their performance to drive results.
- E-Commerce Analytics & Performance: A strong ability to analyze e-commerce data to fuel growth and strategy.
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in interpreting complex data to extract business-critical insights.
- Business Intelligence Analytics: Skill in using BI tools to transform data into strategic assets; knowledge of specific BI platforms is a plus.
- Retail / Trade Activation: Experience in creating and managing activation plans within a retail or e-commerce environment.
