Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).
Manager, Commercial Strategy & Growth
The Revenue Growth Management team is looking for a Manager, Commercial Strategy & Growth. You will help Sephora understand business performance and make better commercial decisions. In your role, you will turn data, customer insights and market information into clear actions.
This role involves working across functions and markets to identify growth opportunities, manage risks and improve business results. The role reports to the Director, Revenue Growth Management and manage one direct report.

Business Performance & Commercial Strategy
- Lead business reviews, commercial deep-dives and strategic analysis.
- Identify growth opportunities, risks and the main drivers of performance.
- Turn complex data into clear recommendations and simple executive stories.
- Build business cases, scenarios and opportunity assessments.
- Support decisions across Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Digital, Finance and Market Leadership teams.
Revenue Growth Management
- Support pricing, promotion and revenue growth strategies.
- Review promotion results, pricing opportunities and commercial investments.
- Build practical frameworks for pricing, markdowns and price-pack architecture.
- Assess trade-offs across revenue, margin, inventory, customer outcomes and long-term value.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market, category and competitor developments across the region.
- Explain what external developments mean for Sephora.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities for planning and investment decisions.
Customer-Led Growth
- Use customer insights and customer lifetime value (CLV) in commercial decisions.
- Work closely with the CLV capability to find sustainable growth opportunities.
- Balance short-term targets with long-term customer value.
- Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and support high-impact projects across functions and markets.
- Bring stakeholders together and drive clear decisions.
- Use structured problem-solving for unclear and complex business questions.
- Help build RGM methods, frameworks and best practices.
We would love to hear from you if you are/have…
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a strategy, commercial analytics, revenue growth management or similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills are required.
- Experience working with large datasets and turning insights into business actions.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in strategy, commercial analytics, revenue growth management or a related field.
- Understanding of pricing, promotions, customer behaviour and performance management.
- Experience in retail, omni-channel or consumer businesses is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
