As an Marketing Consultant specialising in AI, Data & Strategy, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex marketing challenges, from leveraging advanced analytics to designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. You will translate strategic objectives into data-driven insights, actionable AI strategies, and innovative propositions that deliver measurable impact. 

You will engage directly with clients to deeply understand their data landscapes, business challenges, and strategic ambitions. Through rigorous data analysis, AI opportunity assessments, and strategic foresight, you will identify critical pain points and opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and growth. Translating these insights into robust AI strategies, data analysis frameworks, and innovative propositions, you will then work with clients to bring these strategies to life. Your expertise in understanding data ecosystems, leveraging AI for business value, and driving data-driven decision-making will be crucial in helping clients unlock significant value, enhance their competitive advantage, and achieve strategic objectives.

• Your projects could span: 
• Marketing Strategy: Developing strategies for marketing technology, operating models, marketing execution and channel strategy. 

• Value Measurement: Building measurement frameworks to realise value from marketing investments and to unlock real-time customer experience enhancements 

• Data Strategy: Leveraging data to optimise customer engagement and commercial outcomes. 

• AI Advisory: Guiding the implementation and integration of AI solutions and capabilities across client operations. 

• Innovation: Fostering new ideas and bringing them to market through data-driven insights and strategic experimentation. 

• Proposition Design: Developing compelling new products, services, and business models. 

• Your responsibilities will include: 

• Contributing to workshops and engagements to deeply understand complex business challenges, assess data maturity, identify AI opportunities, and define strategic priorities. 

• Designing data-driven strategies, AI roadmaps, and innovative propositions that directly address client needs and drive strategic outcomes. 

• Conducting in-depth data analysis to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic recommendations. 

• Developing strategic recommendations, frameworks, and roadmaps for AI adoption, data governance, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they are practical, implementable, and aligned with client objectives. 

• Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to facilitate the adoption and implementation of AI and data solutions, driving measurable improvements.

• To excel in this role, you will need strong functional, business, and strategic design skills, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems and driving transformation. 
• You will have experience across some of (if not all) of the following areas of consultancy: 

• Marketing Strategy: Experience in developing marketing strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, including defining vision, objectives, and implementation plans. 

• AI: Expertise in defining AI use cases, assessing AI readiness, developing AI roadmaps, evaluating AI technologies, and understanding ethical AI considerations.  

• Data Analysis: Proven ability to collect, process, analyse, and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical methods. 

• You will also have the following key skills: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and develop clear, structured solutions. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for client engagement, workshop facilitation, and presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively. 

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving consensus. 

• Demonstrable expertise in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation. 

• Experience leveraging LLMs to deliver high-quality work.

This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). You’ll be based in London with hybrid working.
