Job Description:

The Senior Finance Advisor - Company owned, company operated operations, provides financial leadership and commercial decision support for USCM’s COCO portfolio, with primary accountability for Thorntons finance performance. The role partners closely with Operations, Merchandising and Food, Supply Chain, and Strategy teams to drive profitable growth, improve performance delivery, and ensure disciplined capital and commercial decision‑making across both business as usual (BAU) activity and critical initiatives.

How much do we pay (Base)? The anticipated base salary for this position is approximately between $155,000 and $185,000 USD annually, *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
