What you'll be doing
- Program Administration: Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of L&D programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs. Make sure that procurement and contract processes are fulfilled.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Manage the scheduling of training sessions, including venue arrangements (virtual and in-person), resources, and materials.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training participation, performance, and feedback.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Oversee the maintenance and administration of the MyLearning platform, including uploading courses, enrolling employees, and ensuring system accuracy.
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding training inquiries, guiding them through enrollment processes and providing technical support when needed.
- Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with external training vendors and facilitators, including contract administration and scheduling.
- Budget Tracking: Support the monitoring of the L&D budget, ensuring training expenses are within approved limits.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English language knowledge
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A customer service mindset and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
