Case Management Medical Doctor.

Are you a licensed Medical Doctor with a passion for helping people around the world? Join Allianz Partners as a Case Management Medical Doctor, where you will play a critical role in supporting travelers from the United States and Canada by assessing medical cases, coordinating care, providing medical advice, and ensuring patients receive the most appropriate treatment and transportation solutions wherever they are located.

What will you do?

As a Case Management Medical Doctor, you will:

• Assess and evaluate patients' medical conditions, symptoms, and care requirements in urgent and non-urgent situations.
• Make medical decisions based on available clinical information and direct communication with patients, relatives, and treating physicians.
• Review cases to identify pre-existing conditions and potential policy exclusions.
• Evaluate the adequacy of local medical treatment options and healthcare infrastructure.
• Identify and coordinate appropriate healthcare facilities for patient treatment.
• Prepare medical reports, recommendations, and cost assessments.
• Determine patients' fitness to travel and recommend the safest transportation solutions.
• Support medical evacuations and travel assistance cases when required.
• Provide telemedicine consultations, including symptom assessment, referrals, and medication prescriptions when appropriate.
• Provide tele-advice to patients outside Mexico, guiding them toward suitable healthcare resources and over-the-counter treatment options.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams, case managers, and administration teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

  Work effectively in an environment driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based technologies, leveraging insights responsibly and in alignment with data governance, security, and ethical use standards.

What do you bring?

Required Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
• Medical Speciality or a minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience.
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Advanced or fluent Spanish communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Must be based in Mexico City area.

Preferred Qualifications

• French language proficiency is highly valued.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Intensive Care Medicine
  • Trauma Surgery
  • Family Medicine with Emergency Practice
• Previous experience in patient transport, travel medicine, assistance services, or medical escort roles.
• Valid U.S. visa (preferred but not required).

4. What We Offer

• Base salary ($23,805.00 MXN pesos monthly for every 2 shifts per week).
• 12 hour shifts, 4 shifts per week (48 hours per week). Mixed shifts: overnight, morning and weekends.
