AXA UK Support Functions look after our three customer-facing business units, providing the infrastructure and expertise to make sure we can be there for our customers. 

Job overview:  

We're on a journey to drive our people strategy and agenda by coaching and challenging our leaders thinking and ways of working. Working closely with the Strategic People Partners and business stakeholders, you’ll conduct research, collect and analyse data to identify issues, provide advice, and work with the team to develop and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions. You’ll use your experience of organisation design and project management to solve business problems and add commercial value. 

Key responsibilities 

Work arrangements:  

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. To be successful in the role there will be an expectation to work from the London office at least 2 times a month for both team and role based activities.

From £55,000 dependent on experience
